People receiving care at home have been the quietest part of the system - their daily realities rarely captured in the evidence that shapes decisions. This is because the nation’s documentation infrastructure was built for hospitals, not homes. Filai™ exists to change that. Filai™ is being developed to ensure that evidence for home‑based care is captured with the same level of rigour as institutional care. By turning lived experience and day‑to‑day interventions into structured, defensible evidence, Filai™ aims to support professional judgement, reduce assessor workload, and help minimise avoidable variation across the country.
